Very happy with purchase - competitive price, extremely fast delivery, and tremendously well packaged - The original manufacturer's strong cardboard box was carefully surrounded with extensive bubble wrap, then polythene wrapping, so there was 100% no chance of damage by careless and disinterested couriers. The first heater arrived on time but unfortunately it was faulty so contacted the seller who ran me through some fault finding instructions but didn't work so arranged to have a replacement sent out and the faulty heater picked up . The replacement heater arrived today 10/1/25 and works perfectly fine . The seller's customer service is excellent and quick to respond to any queries I would recommend this seller
