Packaging could have been better since it was basically just lobbed in a flimsy plastic bag but on the other hand it's only two metal pieces so eh it's not too bad

    Ordered 2 packs of 10 plugs. Each plug consists of a body, a ferrule and a pin. Second pack had only 5 pins (photo). The seller responded immediately to contact and after some negotiation lasting a few days a partial refund was agreed upon and duly done. Would do business here again but feel that the seller might consider having a fixed policy about returns or refunds to save having to thrash the matter out every time in respect of only modest amounts of money. Full marks for negotiating skills.
