    That was a bizarre transaction: my order was shipped a month ago and apparently it got stuck in UK Customs. For three weeks I got no notification and then I find out that it was returned to the sender in Italy! I never found out the reason for this and the sender did not wish to resend it to me but was kind enough to issue a full refund and he was responsive to my emails. I am still left with a disappointed feeling having waited for a full month to get my order and finally come up empty-handed!
