    The shoes are as described and the GBP price of 35.50 attractive; shipping costs of 12.50 reasonable, as well as VAT of 9.60 — but the buyer paid an additional €17.00 customs fee in cash on postal delivery. Vendor should describe all costs. This IS NOT a complaint against the seller — just advisory response for other EU or international buyers. The product is great and delivery quick and well handled.

Porcelain figurine was as described and was well wrapped up to prevent breakage/damage but despite this, an inside piece of porcelain broke from inside the figurine and cannot be retrieved. Very pleased with purchase and interaction with seller, nonetheless, which I'd highly recommend. A++++!
