  The item arrived and was as described, the kids love them and they have a lovely sound. It was just a shame that they arrived after Christmas when they were due to arrive in the middle of December. Fast response from the seller when I chased delivery.

  5* for fast delivery, I do recommend item and this Seller as they were very helpful when I messaged about my purchase. I was disappointed as my husband purchased this for my 50th birthday and so I asked for the black one purely on the photo as it was shiny and I liked the look over the white banjolele, plus good to keep clean but it's a matt black and the photos definitely show as shiny.I spoke to the seller who was very helpful and I said they will look to change the photo.

  These guys were brilliant, the item I bought got to the UK but was picked up by Hermes and they wouldn't deliver for some reason they wouldn't tell me, just said contact seller, anyway they offered a full refund but i chose to wait and after a week it still hadn't come and I got a full refund, always answered emails, great communication,
