  Talk about customer service, they replied to all questions way before the order went out of there way to put a package together at a fair price to sell me what I was needing. Will definitely order from again on my roofing needs. Also fast delivery it was great. They even took the time to hand write instructions on tape that was on the container of glue. Thanks

  Requested to cancel order right after I made it. I was emailed that the order was canceled and I was refunded. Never have received any refund though and now, 14 days later they tell me they can not cancel the order. Asking eBay for assistance and looking for my $157.02.

  I ordered 15x15 kit. Seller sent adhesive and term bar did not send epdm rubber . I contacted seller no response, I open case with eBay, I then asked seller why they did not send epdm rubber, they responded saying I canceled order and that’s why they did not send epdm. I sent back adhesive and term bars since I didn’t have the most important item the epdm rubber. They did not give me refund on their own. eBay had to step in to give me my refund back. Awful ����

  said they didnt have a 20x 20 white epdm though they are still advertising it even as i write this.Didnt refund what i paid,short 105 bucks.Im assuming since the same add is still up someone agreed to my offer that shouldnt have and that led to them saying all they had was 10 ft widths inspite of still running the ad for 20x20? one of the few times in the years ive bought things here ive had a bad experience.
