  Very genuine seller. Item was pretty much exactly as described. I had a few issues with it (not the seller's fault), however hopefully they're now resolved. The seller couldn't have been more helpful. Packaging was *very* good - a fragile item, it arrived quickly and wrapped in copious amounts of bubble wrap, packaged in a sturdy box with FRAGILE tape all over it. Postage was as per Royal Mail - OK. Overall, pleased with the purchase and the value for money. Good Job!

  Probably the best-packaged parcel we have ever received! Duckie was swathed in layer upon layer of wrapping, with extra taped around the head/foot areas - she is exactly as described/photographed, heavy and lifelike, and my wife is very pleased with her (reminds her of a dearly-loved pet!)
