    My experience with this seller”lovelmask” was totally positive. When I purchased this bread machine I got a “Buy it Now” discount on top of the already good price that it was listed at. The shipping was very quick with the item being packed very securely. the convection oven feature didn’t function and I requested to return. instead of making me re-pack and re-ship this heavy item , the seller offered me a partial refund and was very generous by refunding to cover recycle fees as well.

    Arrived as stated. Waited until the power head had a full charge which afterwords, worked perfect. The seller packed it extremely well and the shipping was fast. Considering the items were new, the price was more then fair. With out the box, I thought the condition would be less then pristine, but the opposite was true. I was very pleased.     Took a while to arrive, but that was due to severe weather conditions causing delays. Drum securely packed and arrived as described in spite of the USPS delays. Super good value on this antique, steam bent 13” drum. Came with a calfskin head in near perfect condition as a bonus…Given all that, it’s clear this seller is a nice person to do business with….A little TLC and the drum will sing again…
