  I am excited to try this new Hyaluronic Face Serum. It was wrapped and packaged well and I was pleased that the price was so reasonable, it is definitely a good value. The condition is great because it is a brand new bottle. Communication was good with seller and I would recommend her to anyone. The serum shipped quickly to my home.   Got it in the estimated time. Works as intended. About 2 weeks the charging dock on one of the two charging docks i purchased just gave up and fell inside the unit. I contacted this seller about warranty/defect issue and they sent me a replacement for the one dock i had the issue with. The package arrived extremely fast in about 1 business day and was given two whole brand new units even though the issue was with the charging dock. I extremely appreciate the attention and support given by them.

When searching Amazon, there are a lot of sellers with a "similar" packaging, but it was not the manufacturer's packaging. Doing a Google search for the exact product I wanted, ebay and lovelydeals2012 popped up. Once I confirmed that it was the genuine product, I placed my order.
