  Item came as described but using yodel as a postal service is a pain, not only do they take that little bit longer I had issues redirect to a pick up point. The app was down, customer services were useless. I didn't have qr code to pick the parcel up. The staff at pick up point were on their way to send it back, it was not properly labelled. Needless to say after some convincing they gave the parcel to me. So... would use the seller again so long as they don't use Yodel

Unfortunately the courier company (Yodel) sent a variety of mixed messages, which were confusing. (They're impossible to contact).
