    The delivery was delayed due to a delivery van breaking down. Emailed the seller who did respond quickly at first then was slow to respond as we needed the bed asap as it was stuck in the broken van which had not been recovered. They did say they will compensate for the inconvenience I'm yet to recieve this. Bed eventually delivered 5 days after the break down but the bed is really comfortable and good value for money condition & appearance is excellent

    I still haven't received my parcel as evri said they had located it and would send it out that day, now they are saying that it's been misplaced and to give them another 48 hrs to locate it, which leaves me very angry about this, excuse after excuse but there's no blame on you, so I can't rate this sorry

    Seems to be very good quality. Looks great when put together. It’s brand new condition as stated by the seller. Great value for the money spent. One small issue is it’s says it’s anti slip but we have found that the mattress does actually slip . Delivery was very very quick, good communication from the delivery driver. I highly recommend and would buy from them again.

    The best service ever, imagine I place the order only yesterday morning, wait, yesterday afternoon I had a miss call from a delivery man asking if they can delivery the bed today. I honestly thought it was a joke. But no they was 100% more professional on my experience than dreams bed. I got my bed already..
