Good communication. Package arrived on schedule. Product received was new as described. I would buy from this seller again. Next time, I will request a shipping box instead of a pouch for extra safety while in transit. * BTW, tool is priced right to simply find an active data port. In my environment, all unused data ports are disconnected so this tool cuts down on the guesswork. Remove the short cable from the tool and I can test the network cable going to an IP telephone which requires PoE.

Thank you so much as described received in new and well packed but strangely when count the packet only there were 98 RJ45 Plugs not fully 100 but it seems there was some sort of mistake in counting but Seller offered to send missing plugs , thank you so much
