Seller responded right away, offered to resend the item with another carrier, I opted for a refund. When the item were returned to seller a refund was issued. No problem with the seller, poor performance from the carrier DHL.

    My order was very quickly processed and despatched, when the product arrived it was exactly as described and well packaged. Unfortunately DHL did there usual poor job, gave me a delivery day, didn't deliver and finally brought it 3 days later. The vendor is not reponsible for this shambles and i will certainly buy from them in the future, although will probably pick up myself.
