  Item arrived damaged due to not being packaged very well causing it to be broken in transit and seller told me to contact the delivery company ( obviously won’t help ) it’s cheap so I’m not submitting a refund claim

  Purchased a Peugeot 308 parcel shelf from this seller but on arrival it was too wide to fit my car. I returned it but was forced to pay the return postage cos I clicked the wrong return reason button on the form. When I invited the seller to send me a cheque/postal order to cover the cost they defaulted to eBay saying they want nothing to do with it anymore. Be careful folks as this seller ignores messages and ghosts you when there's a problem. Needless to say I've reported them to eBay admin.
