The seller's communications were excellent and their remedying action when told the original had been lost, was first rate.     The parcel arrived today. It had been sent across the country to the wrong delivery hub by Parcelforce, so took some time to arrive. The external packaging arrived in a rather battered condition. This was unfortunate, and obviously NOT the fault of this seller. I would buy again though as the distilled water was good value for money and cheaper than other similar products on ebay.
