On contacting the vendor to obtain the address to return the surplus items the vendor generously invited me retain the surplus items.     Product is exactly the same quailty as I expected from a hauk branded gate. The seller has amazing customer service as item arrived so quickly with royal mail (definitely one of the better couriers) and they reply very quickly also. I would not get this kind of service from a large company. I will happily purchase again from this business.
