  Everything about this bag being filled was in large bold letter and the pictures showed filled bags. The fine print stated it does not contain filling. I feel this is deceptive advertising and informed the seller. He offered a partial (I think) refund. I feel a full refund is warranted but have not heard back from the seller in several days. Will not buy from them again!
