The seller kept his promises: the delivery had to be a few days after the order was placed and the seller kept me informed about the eventual delivery programme just as he had said he would. Also, these belt pouches (I ordered two) are well sewn together and made of quality fabric. A pleasing transaction.

  Brilliant seller. I ordered this item prior to Christmas, but due to the delivery company I didn't receive it. I was extremely annoyed as it was part of a Christmas present. The seller refunded me & told me to keep the item if it did eventually arrive. That gave me the option to purchase a replacement over Christmas. I'm very grateful to the company & would highly recommend due to excellent customer service. As the delivery issue was not their fault.

  Item was as expected, and as ordered. I believe item is sent from China, so given the distance was ok for delivery, however the courier this end was Yodel and their service is awful. Unable to confirm if had received parcel until actual delivery day. That said, communication with seller is outstanding and tried their best to alleviate my concerns. Thank you. A+ 5*

  I placed my order on the 28th of November. Unfortunately yodel have been terrible and it still hasn't been delivered. The seller got in touch with me and given me a full refund and told me to keep the bauble when it eventually gets here. A kind gesture and very much appreciated for the inconvenience. 100% great customer service.
