    Never recieved item!! Item ordered 8th July, I requested to cancel item and the cancellation was declined. I messaged the seller asking for an update on delivery due to not being able to track and seller replied did I get refund? I’ve since replied saying I have not received anything and I would like a refund I’ve had no response..

    Seller did not send the sweatshirt photographed but a different one which is much shorter than the one shown. I have asked for a full rebate and the seller has sent £7.56 which leaves £14.03 outstanding. I have asked for the remainder twice but they keep saying I have had it which I obviously haven't.
