  Package arrived containing one balloon plastic tie, not syringes as ordered. Contacted seller, sent pictures etc but seller is reluctant to sort out and ebay shows the package as delivered (which it was, it just didn't contain what I had purchased!) Avoid this seller if you want an easy transaction!
