  I cannot speak highly enough about this seller. Unbeknownst to the seller, when I received the shoes, one of them was damaged on the upper sole in a way that compromised its structural integrity. I wrote to the seller, explained the issue and sent related photographs. The seller apologized for the problem and before I even asked for a refund, the seller had processed a refund. I would do business with this person again without hesitation. VERY IMPRESSED.
