    It did not start off well. The packing was insufficient for posting 6 glasses and two were broken upon receipt. However, seller offered/provided a refund equivalent to the cost of the two broken items so in the end I only paid for 4 glasses. Problem was dealt with quickly and happy to buy again from this seller provided the packing was improved if glassware was involved.
