Packaging was well packaged and protected throughout shipping. The shipping was fast and the camera delivered very early too! Amazing communication with the seller! They were very nice answering my questions and help me understand! Very satisfied of with the camera! (Fun fact: The IXUS 285 HS is the exact same camera model as the PowerShot ELPH 360.)

The packaging was nice, although the camera wasn’t the same color as shown in the picture—it looked black in the photo, but it was actually gray. Still, that’s okay because I ended up liking the gray more. The camera is very clean and looks brand new, as if it hasn’t been used at all. The charger was a bit strange, kind of like an old one, but it still works.
