Eventhough the Item arrived well packaged, unfortunately there was a chip towards the bottom of the mug, that I didn't see in the photos before a brought the mug. I contacted the seller regards address to send parcel to, and eventhough they took note of this and sent the item to the address I asked in the message, would have liked some acknowledgement of this. However I probably would buy from this seller again.
