    Despite stating 48hour postage, my fabric was not posted until 9 days after my purchase on December the 22nd but the Ebay order stated that it was posted without tracking on December the 23rd. I did query this with the company through Ebay on December the 31st and, though communication was polite, no apology for the delay was given. My fabric was not actually posted until December the 31st (the day of my query) and arrived on January the 6th. The fabric quality and packaging is very good though.

The item was now out of stock, but the seller ordered more in immediately and sent the whole meterage I required off the new roll which took about a week, fast delivery, great coms, always answering my messages quickly,

    Thank you so much. Amazing product 5*. Amazing seller. Amazing communication, great quality and value, fabrics colour are so vibrant and excellent quality thick and fluffy polar fleece. There was issues due to the storms with the delivery but once I raised the issue seller kept in close communication to resolve problems. I can not rave how great this sellers customer service is. Highly recommend.
