    LulubelleBeauty is a great communicator. I was concerned about the package arriving safely (as Royal Mail are currently reaching new depths of abysmal), but LulubelleBeauty was there replying to my messages and doing their best to lay my concerns to rest. I’m yet to use the serum, but everything looks brand new, arriving in good condition. I would definitely use the shop again. Next time I’ll keep my eyes peeled for the fully tracked option.
