I got the dog coat I wanted but my dog normally in small size but coat was that small. It would have fit a chowowah I sent coat back to seller through local post-office on 2nd April in envelope I put a note asking for size medium which I never got I had to pay £2.10 to return item on top of the £6.94 I paid for coat and never got message saying item recieved and haven't had refund or replacement will not use this seller again I want full refund or same coat in medium as soon as possible

The drainer arrived with a broken corner. It could have been despatched already broken or it could have been broken by the courier, I don't know who broke it. But in my opinion the supplier was to blame. The drainer was sent in a flimsy plastic bag that provided no protection whatsoever. If goods are going to be sent by a courier, they should be packaged to withstand the rough handling that is to be expected. I sent pictures (via Ebay) of the damaged drainer but got no reply, which says it all.
