    Great offer on the bag of my dreams. Once I received bag, I offered seller feedback to show more photos of condition as I expected slightly less used condition. Seller misunderstood my intention as I was only offering constructive feedback and was quick to state listed and authenticated by eBay so it’s guaranteed. I was questioning authenticity, nor was I asking for any sort of refund. In the end, I am happy with my purchase and next time would ask for more photos.

    Item went through eBay authentication and came back with some issues showing it was not new a description said. Seller complained about eBay and told me they were wrong. I had bought 2 other bags same brand from different sellers and eBay didn’t flag them and they came perfect. The seller was in eBay’s opinion selling a used worn bag as new

    We are sorry you feel that way. Authenticity Guaranteed stated a "Minor Flaw" (not pre-owned) and pointed to a stitch. Your concern was dust particles on the corner of the bag which you mentioned to us that it was leather peeling. eBay never mentioned leather peeling, nor that we were selling a pre owned bag as new, that wouldn't be a minor flaw. We appologizes you feel this way, imagine how we also feel as a company having a feedback left as such which we have never had or experienced.
