    Hermes were an absolute nightmare - NEVER again type of experience. The items were dispatched fast, but the runaround on the delivery was beyond belief! They did eventually arrive, are as described, the seller was responsive, so there’s no point in lowering their score… I do hope they’d never use Hermes again though…
