The day before the agreed delivery date I reached out to check with them what time it would be delivered the next day, but received no response. I followed up with 3-4 messages over the next few days and today a week later, I have received no response from the seller. I have reported it to Ebay as undelivered and awaiting for refund.

Communication has been REALLY poor throughout. Delivery over a week late, and they delivered the wrong colour sofa. When the the correct sofa arrived, the colour was lighter than pictured so we decided to return. Delivery guys came and collected it on 16 October. We were told refund would take 2-3 days. Still no refund and not responding on eBay / WhatsApp / phone.
