    First of all, I was expecting a big box of nails, this was tiny. But it does have the amount of nails as advertised. Packaging was poor and actually open. But I’m assuming it was okay when it left the supplier and was manhandled by Royal Mail, so I’m not going to hold the seller responsible for this. Also it was delivered quickly so all in all, the seller is recommended:)

    Positive experience with “Luxehouse”. When I made the order I was thinking that I buy the set of the bucket and mop but I ordered only the refill. The shop response was very quick and effective. They offered me n refund straight away and also they told me that I can keep the refill. Also I want to specify that I made the order yesterday and in less than 24 hours I have received the parcel as well. I was so surprised about the dispatch time.
