The seller didn't want me to cancel and tried to shame me into keeping the rug. Reviewing photos the seller sent this item would not work. I requested rug not be sent to save his cost of free returns. I offered to select a different area rug.The seller would not entertain the idea unless I agreed to no return. - When I didn't he stopped communicating..Very negative experience and he would not issue my refund promptly. I was forced to enlist ebay to help get my $1840.00 refund.
