I was a little bit apprehensive at first, but when the Pellets arrived I found them to be wrapped very well and protected. The individual bags were sealed and tight. You could see the Pellets contained no dust and they burn really well. Slight issue with delivery time but that was due to me not having the correct contact number. Communication with the seller soon rectified. This delivery driver was pleasant and very helpful. All in all a great seller and great product will definitely buy again

Item as described but poor packaging. The box had come open and badly dented and split, luckily the whole lot was in a plastic sack so nothing lost. Could have been the courier throwing it around that caused the problem. However the item purchased was extremely good value and unbreakable so no real problems.

Very good value; buying the 1000 box. The big issue was delivery, due Friday. Received following Tuesday. EVERI is the worst delivery company out there. Hope companies will stop using them.

Delivery was quick and as delivery was brought to the front door, the driver asked if I would like him to bring the quite heavy charcoal to inside. This is very rare nowadays, an anyone needing this service, would be appreciative. I have given four stars because I have not yet tried the charcoal so cant comment.
