The item is as described and works well, however, the courier/delivery experience was EXCEPTIONALLY POOR! I was home all day, the doorbell never rang, ebay tells me at 4:50 p.m. that the parcel was delivered at 11:50A.M. So, no communication from the courier and luckily the goods were still there. The front of the house is in full view of the street, so we were just lucky no-one took it.

The voltage converter was delivered within 24 hours of purchase, which can only be described as being superb service indeed.
