Not a huge issue, but I Couldn’t track the delivery which was a bit awkward as had to wait in not sure if it was coming or not. I find it better to be able to track a delivery so I can plan round it at least a little bit on the day.

    As I replied earlier there was no negative intention when replying, and crossed Q&As misunderstood. Please accept my apologies. When returning your window-rail as a wrong fitting for us, the transport company severely damaged the container and rail beyond use. Therefore you will not be receiving the item back. I shall send you photo s of the damage. Thank you, JM.

    Your messages have been replied too. As a courtesy, I have provided guidance on how to return the item for a refund, as Royal Mail does not accept parcels of 2.5 meters. Since the item was purchased in the wrong size, you will need to follow eBay's return process to complete the return. We are currently awaiting the item's return.

    1 star – Item arrived in terrible condition, not as described Very disappointed with this purchase. The carpet arrived filthy – covered in chewing gum marks, mud, and even mould. The listing claimed it had only been used for 6 hours indoors and was “sold as seen,” but no damage or dirt was shown or mentioned in the description or photos. As a buyer, I had no chance to inspect it beforehand, and the condition was far worse than any reasonable expectation. Totally unacceptable – not as described
