Not a huge issue, but I Couldn’t track the delivery which was a bit awkward as had to wait in not sure if it was coming or not.     As I replied earlier there was no negative intention when replying, and crossed Q&As misunderstood. Please accept my apologies. When returning your window-rail as a wrong fitting for us, the transport company severely damaged the container and rail beyond use. Therefore you will not be receiving the item back.     Your messages have been replied too. As a courtesy, I have provided guidance on how to return the item for a refund, as Royal Mail does not accept parcels of 2.5 meters. Since the item was purchased in the wrong size, you will need to follow eBay's return process to complete the return. We are currently awaiting the item's return.

    They have had my money for 2 weeks, promising 'next day delivery', and have not delivered this item although the tracking shows it was dispatched almost 2 weeks ago. Initially, I had to contact the seller before they even acknowledged the fact it hadn't been delivered. And I had to listen to them talking about 'missing labels' or some such. I was patient. But now I have had to give up 2 days of my own commitments as have promised it would be delivered "the next day", and we have had to stay in (

    Yes unfortunately the initial delay was caused by a labelling issue for which we sincerely apologised on behalf of the courier. Once that was resolved, your item was promptly dispatched. However, it then became clear the reason for the continued delay was due to your address being highly restricted, with limited access for larger vehicles even a car would struggle. As a result, DX had to outsource the delivery to a local courier with a smaller van.Throughout this process I have kept you updated
