Fast shipment, great packaging. The item didn't match the description however, with the condition of the phone being slightly worse than expected. I contacted the seller who promptly offered to allow me to return the phone for a full refund (or an exchange IF another replacement was in stock, which wasn't the case), no questions asked. Ultimately, I decided to keep the phone, and skipped the return, but I know this seller is reasonable and that it was an honest mistake.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address by USPS and therefore, not received by LvlUp Repairs. Using offline tracking, I found its location and communicated it to Jeff at LvlUp, who made it his mission to retrieve my phone. He contacted USPS, UPS, and even the Police department on my behalf, but was ultimately able to retrieve it from the wrong address it was delivered to. Outstanding!
