Good sellers, I could not pick the inverter up as the click and collect shop it got posted to was never open (small village store) good communication from seller and quick refund, I even asked for a partial refund instead of a full one as If I had done my research on this particular small shop I would have seen how awful it is for click and collect post but the seller gave me a full refund with no hassle, highly recommended
