refused delivery because could get for £62 less. Tried to contact seller to match price before refusal but no response. I am disabled and could not take such a heavy item back to PO to return so forced to refuse delivery.
Errors on Ebay systems then meant they could not refund until system said delivered to my address when the item actually was delivered back to seller warehouse.
The buyer protection provided by Distant Selling law totally abused by Ebay.

I like the item but it does not come with a charger. The seller is a little deceptive by saying it comes with a charging cable, which to me meant it did come with a charger. It is only a cable and without a special wall outlet that accepts this cable, you cannot charge the jumper. Solution, don't by the charger on Ebay, go Wal-Mart. Around $10.
