  This item arrived very quickly and in perfect order with no chips or cracks. Unfortunately, it was not to my taste and I attempted to set up a return but, for some inexplicable reason, ebay's system just would not allow it! I therefore had to go direct to the seller, Christine, who was just marvellous to deal with. Excellent communication and a swift refund. I therefore give Lytham Catering 5 stars and would definitely do business with them again.

  Had good communication from seller. Item was extremely well packaged. Initial goods failed to arrive down to courier who "lost or misplaced" Contacted seller offer of replacement or payment returned. Happy to use seller again

  I had a very positive experience with this seller. Seller packaged them very well that nothing was broken or chipped. The bowls were exactly as described. Condition is brand new.
