DISAPPOINTED!!!! received the wrong tiles. This mistake took over a week to rectify. I was then told my tiles would be delivered on a certain day, so I arranged for a tiler to come the following day the tiles did not arrive and I had to cancel the Tiler for the second time, due this. Luckily the tiler only charged me once because this company did not assist with my out-of-pocket expenses. Seeing as it was their mistake, you would think they would be able to recover any losses through insurance
