Item ordered 6/1/24, estimated delivery date 10/2/24. Still had not received item by 11/1/24 so contacted the seller, did not receive a reply. Informed eBay 12/1/24 that I still had not received the item and they said I would receive a refund. I then received another email 12/2/24 to say that the item had been dispatched and I received this on 15/1/24. The glasses themselves are exactly as described and lovely, but at no stage have I been contacted by the seller.
