  Ordered 2 of these only one arrived when I contacted seller they asked me for a photo of the envelope that my item arrived in. I did this but they answered me saying that wasn't their envelope. Totally confused and angry 😠 😡

  In our opinion, this buyer tried stealing from us. She intentionally sent us an envelope from a different seller because our envelope will show the correct quantity (2) written on it. We always write numbers on our envelopes. These numbers indicate quantity packed inside the envelope. We find this to be very helpful in identifying genuine and false claims. This helped us in this situation.
