    Avoid this seller at all costs. I placed an order on 5th August with a promised delivery by 18th August, but the item wasn’t even dispatched by then. When it was finally marked as dispatched, the tracking information was completely useless. no updates, no transparency. I had no choice but to request an immediate refund. This was an extremely unprofessional experience. No apology, no accountability, and certainly no compensation for the hassle and delay.

    I ordered that on Wednesday, I was expecting a delivery by Friday, it arrived today(Monday). The problem was with Royal mail not the seller. The only one thing is the bottle was leaking, probably because it was in the van with royal mail for six days. Other than that the product is very good for the price.
