They finally said the clamps were shown for illustration only. The winder alone can be purchased for @ $20.00 from other suppliers. Grossly overpriced. I will not buy from them again.

I contacted the seller, sent photos and videos, but he was reluctant to admit the problem. After many emails, he finally accepted the problem, but refused to provide a prepaid return label. I requested eBay step in and they supported my claim.
