  This dealer has been very helpful. Earlier, I bought the same two dvd sets from another seller, and BOTH had defective discs. I tried unsuccessfully to be refunded. I bought the same two sets from this dealer, and one had the same defect. The other series was fine. THIS time, the problem was acknowledged, and a refund was promptly sent. THANK YOU! I'll wait a good while and try to purchase that series again. Hopefully by that time, the manufacturer will have fixed the issue. Great job!
