Item functions as expected and delivery was fast. My issue was with the item description being “new” (“may not be sealed …no signs of wear..”) of which this product has clearly been previously used and linked to an owner. Phillips Hue product’s are renowned for losing value when labelled “used”. Seller offered full refund when contacted in which I commend their pride in feedback. Minus the issue, the item was package well and the ‘worn’ box as per seller described.

Sadly when the package arrived the bottom had broken open and the contents were missing. I contacted the supplier and returned my money immediately. Great customer service
