  Okay I have left positive feed back even though there was an issue in that it arrived broken. Contacting the seller with the issue he got back to me with two solutions for me to consider. I accepted a partial refund and have repaired the item to my satisfaction. The refund was sent quickly. When you have an issue it is the measure of the seller how it is delt with, in this case smoothly, friendly and fast Thank you

  I won't leave negative feedback as the item was fine. I will however complain about Evri. I expect a letter size packet to be posted through my letterbox & not left on the doormat & a photo taken as proof of delivery. If my neighbour hadn't seen this happen it would have been stolen. I always opt for a seller that gives store delivery options for safety reasons. As this was a small "letterbox size" delivery I still bought from you as I wasn't expecting the courier to be so stupid & not post it.

  Just like the picture. The brush arrived a little later than anticipated but it was worth the wait. Absolutely well wrapped and packed. New at the very good price. The bristles are soft and as seen on the picture. I will definitely recommend.
