I realized this after removing the grips, so I bear some responsibility— but the error was entirely due to incorrect information in the listing. We cannot control the fact that your hosel depth may be different from the iron they were pulled from and therefore don't end up the length you want. Also I'm not giving you half your money back after you've cut the grips off. Next time i would suggest consulting with an expert club builder before blindly buying parts and hoping they work.

I tried to contact them about a possible switch, or return. Still have not heard from them since March 5th. Hence the reason for neutral feedback. Thankfully I have a buddy that works on clubs so, all is well and enjoying my purchase. Shipping was fast with tracking number and thankfully it all worked out in the end. Just may want to check messages every now and then.
