  The parcel containing the packing cubes arrived on time and well-wrapped. Unfortunately, 4 out of the 6 cubes were poorly finished (NOT the sellers' fault). However, after contacting them, showing photos, and explaining the situation they very kindly offered to send me another set - free of charge. This time, I am happy to say, that the finishing was fine. So, to the seller, a big "thank you for being so positive - it was very much appreciated".

  I was sent only the hair pieces. I contacted the seller. They wanted proof i Had received these. Therefore, I sent photos of the items and of the tracking package. They then claimed they could not read the tracking number. I redid the photo. They then said they could read it but still wanted confirmation of what I had received. At that point I asked them not to send me any more hair ties, just the shower caps. If not, please could they refund. They did neither. A swindle!
